Furnished to a high standard, this holiday home's most striking features are its two terraces with east and south-west sea views, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco and sunbathing, as well as its private swimming pool (6 m x 10 m) overlooking the bay. The electric awning over the larger southwest facing terrace offers ample shade for reading, daydreaming and gazing out to sea. At night, simply take in the awning, if you would like to gaze at the beautiful Milky Way expanding endlessly across the clear Skiathos sky.
The lovely interior, with newly tiled floors, is held in soothing pastel colors. The airy, spacious living room offers access to the large terrace through several french doors. The new, well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with marble worktops has a dining area for 6 people.
All 3 twin bedrooms have air-conditioning, reversible to heating in the cool season. Each bedroom has access to at least one terrace with a view on the Aegean.
Recently, both bathrooms/WC were rebuilt, beautifully retiled and appointed with all new fixtures and whites.

Skiathos town, with its large choice of shops, cafés, tavernas and lively nightlife is just a 15-minute drive away.
You can also enjoy movies all shown in English at the lovely old open-air cinema located on the town's main street. Because Skiathos was the filming location of the film "Mama Mia", there is a showing for the fans at least once a week which is always a fun event with snacks and drinks
