At Basilikos we collected the most special ingredients and numerous natural scents to fill your dishes with the most delicious versions of Greek flavours and tastes.
Elisabeth Powers was there on the opening night and said:
The food was excellent, very tasty home cooking. Super fresh, crunchy hand-cut French fries mixed in a fried egg at the table, as a starter. Simple and Delicious.
A nice fresh salad with cranberries, cashews, lettuce and young spinach leaves. A quinoa salad, totally yummy. Thinly sliced medium rare beef with herb butter and those great golden fries.
My husband had simple pasta with an aromatic basil tomato sauce, really good.
I had chicken à la crème with pasta.
Then the absolute kick: desert. Orange soufflé (warm) with ice cream and lemon sauce and a Greek layer thing with cream oozing out of the layers, divine!
On top we had really nice wine.
Service was super professional nice and attentive.
