Taverna Stamatis of Skiathos is one of the oldest tavern in town; for many years, our patrons have been tasting some of the best traditional Greek food platters that were prepared by Stamatis for many years. A few years ago Stamatis retired and his son Agelos runs the taverna, using many of the principles he learned from his father.
Dinning at Taverna Stamatis can become a highly tasteful experience, while selecting fro numerous Greek "mezedes" such as ouzomedes, fresh sea food, marinara spaghetti combinations, fresh meat cuts all followed by Tsipouro, Ouzo or your selection of wine!
